Tetanus issue
My wife is in last trimester of pregnancy, she got cut by an iron nail yesterday which was rusted. Please let me know if she needs to get the tetanus vaccination as she has been given the same last month and twice during pregnancy.
I was aware that tetanus vaccination stays for 6 months, please suggest if she needs tetanus vaccination.

Hello....don't worry if she is vaccinated she need to worry, usually TT injection is given during pregnancy with the gap of 4-6 months , to better Immunisation and to prevent neonatal tetanus, too many doses of vaccine cuases immnue elimination, Consult gynaecologist for further information.
