I am 22yrs old I mastribute regularly I am getting weird feeling some times when I am in work I don't even remember but when I remember that feeling occurs while touching testicles it is not paining but I am getting right testicles when some times it becomes big it is giving weird feeling.. please suggest some medicines to over come I don't have job to consult a doctor
