  4. Testicular pain. To walk. please help?

Hello this is kind a private question but around my girlfriend for the day I get frequent erections. But I don’t masterbate of ejaculate. Due to that I get pain in my waist and my testiculs swell up. Also the cords connected to the testicles swells up and it very hard to walk. Please help
