Testicular cancer
I have undergone 3 PEB chemo for pleural effusion and mass in lungs, history of testicular tumor. AFP came down to 33 but mass is still present. What to do next.

We need to see the location of the mass. Also repeat a petct scan and tumor markers. If they have normalized then we keep under observation (if it's seminoma). Else we may need to start on second line chemotherapy
