Testicle pain
I have been suffering from testicle pain then i have done SCROTAL USG . Report shows that 1.Body and tail of right epydidymis appears hetroechoic and mildly swollen. Small simple cyst is seen in the headache of right epydidymis. 2.right spermatic cord swollen . 3. No evidence of varicocele 4. No inguinal hernia 5. No significant hydrocele. What should i do for any treatment?

There is mild swelling inside scrotum with a simple cyst. You can take analgesic and anti inflammatory medicines for relief. If problem not subsides consult a surgeon.
