My earlier reading for esnophilia was in percentage the reading now is given as cc/mm i would like to know how to compare the two

Generally in the differential leucocyte count...The eosinophils are given as percentage...And in case of absolute eosinophil count it is given in cc by mm...Hope you understand...Thank you
