Tesicular swelling and pain

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I am suffering from right testicle pain from past one week. During hot water bath there is no swelling on the testicle. But, when i sir, walk or stand i feel lot of pain in the right testicle and swelling. Suggest an immediate remedy to get some relief from pain. Thank you
