TESA- unsuccessful biopsy
I have issue with non obstructive azoospermia, after multiple tests I have gone through test & TESE. Here is result of surgery and biopsy Specimen:-Testicular biopsy for HPE Impression: Tiny biopsy displaying atrophic changes. Clinical Details:-Primary Infertility. Non obstructive azoospermia ,small testis Macroscopic description:-Specimen not received in formalin. received tiny tissue bits, all together measures 0.2 cm. Microscopic Findings:- Section shows tiny crushed tissues bitbwith hyalinized fibrous stroma, few leading cell collection, some seminiferous tubules with sertoli cells only. No mature sperms/germ cell/granuloma or ITGCN seen. I need suggestions on this report and also what should I do for next levels.

It's common. Ur husband is a case of hypogonadism with small volume testis. In such cases sperm retrieval is not easy. If u want to repeat the procedure, avail the services of best expert like Dr rupin shah, lilavati hospital mumbai. If fail, only option will be doner insemination or adoption.

As per report there is no other way in modern medicine to make ur wife pregnant rather then using donor sperm but if u still want to try out we can go with proper ayurvedic medicine prepared by me it may improve ur status
