I doc! My ultra sound report says Bulky uterus n left ovary show an evidence of a void shape highly echogenic area with well defined border measuring approx 21.1* 19.2mm .. Can it be cancer? M so scared to met the doc today.

It's ovarian malignancy. Surgery is required initially to confirm diagnosis.if it's only teratoma,It's curable.
