From a dental perspective, cold causes teeth sensitiveness if you have thinning of enamel. For other systemic involvement, you may want to check with the respective specialists.
Also to note that you must avoid interchanging very hot and very cold frequently as it leads to enamel cracking

It should not be a problem but avoid very cold water immediately after hot sun exposure
