Tension headache and migrane
I was on a course of migrabeta tr 40 one tablet in morning, topinor 25 one in morning and two at night and one Amitryn 10 tablet at 7.30 pm. But now the doc is unavailable as he himself is ill with corona. So I don't understand whether I should continue with the dosage or stop it or lower the dose or do what. Pls guide. And if continue for long how. Is it safe to continue for long

You should continue the Medicine for time being. These Medicines need to be stopped gradually.
