Even though I had a safe sex some 1 month back, I am tensed that I will be affected by HIV. How to tackle this problem, I am wasting all the time by thinking about this. Please suggest me what to do?

Go to a government hospital and then there is a separate wing for HIV counselling n all Named 'INTEGRATED COUNSELLING AND TESTING CENTRE'.visit it they will guide you well. You will feel relaxed too.

If you had a safe intercourse why are you worried? If you want you can do tests like p24 antigen assay and HIV RNA detection in blood. But they are costly. You can consult a HIV specialist physician too
