Teneligliptin side effect
For the past 3 weeks, I am on Teneligliptin 20 mg once a day in addition to Mixtard insulin. The good part is, it is controlling the variations across readings during the day. Are there any side effects reported, especially for heart patient like me. Recently my Vitamin D level was found to be low, I am on D-Retcal 60k one per week. Will Teneligliptin and Vitamin D supplement work together to get me better control of diabetes (my HbA1C is around 9% and I have been a diabetic for long)

Hello.....  If your glucose  under control  it s good for heart.. Tinilegliptin increases blood  insulin level  acts along with mixstard to reduce  blood  glucose  level..  Insulin  dose is titrated initially...  Both these can cause hypoglycemia you should  be  aware of that. Otherwise no specific effect on heart..
