Temporary tattoo won't come off
I had visited Goa during holi (March 2017) and got small temporary tattoo on my neck bone (butterfly) and on my ankle (star). The one on my ankle has vanished while on my neck has just faded into a small black circle. It's Nov'17 now and it still hasn't vanished. It caused or causes no irritation or pain but the stain is just not vanishing.
