I Had a minor injury on My chest 4 years back,had constant pain nd tenderness.all Kinds of Tests are done Including 2d Echo nd they r normal. Swelling appeared after an year of injury Nd Comes and Goes off Then got to know i Had an inflammation at left costosternal Joint. I suffered with pain for almost 4 years now, recently ä month bak, when i lifted My 15 months old Baby i experienced left Hand numbness with shortness of breathe. From Then i have pain with Swelling nd shortness of breathe with exzessive yawning Sensation.again all Tests ,x rays, nd 2d Echo are done nd normal. feel that i get My Lungs filled after a Good long yawn. Otherwise i struggle to get Good Balance of My body so i try to Take yawn. I cant understand why i m having breathing problem with this condition.it is related to teitze or Anything else. Can inflammation at costosternal junction make difficult to breathe. I have this problem even when the pain disappears. So i Dont Believe this ä phycological Problem.
