Teeth grinding
I am excessively clenching my teeth for few months. After clenching for few months i have observed that my facial shape is changed very badly and my bite is dismissed. Now I feel difficulty during chewing and some other jaw problems. Is there any horrible thing that can happen to me due to excessive teeth clenching? Is there any treatment that will be helpful to recover the loss occured due to teeth clenching? Please help me. I am really confused and worried about it.

First we need to see the reasons behind your clenching of teeth. Be conscious for yourself and try to resist it as much you can control. Next, consult a dentist so that you can get a night guard fabricated for yourself asap, so that no more damage occurs to your teeth. After that you can get a full mouth rehabilitation done to get your normal facial form back to an extent.

First of all you please visit a nearby dentist and get yourself checked. Once the dentist has diagnosed the cause of your condition treatment can be provided to you. Nightguards should be helpful for you if you haven't already found your teeth too much. Otherwise full mouth rehabilitation will be helpful for you.
Next Steps
try and control your grinding of teeth till the time you receive some treatment.
