My teeth enemal is much thin thats way the enemal is crushes and thts way my below side 4 numbers of teeth has normal yellow spots can u give me a suggetion whats the sollution of it

I hope it's not serious as you are imagining it. May be the yellow spots are something else n not thin enamel. Because enamel defects manifest itself in many different forms. What I genuinely advise is please see a dentist n first confirm those spots as intrinsic staining or tartar or something g else. Then accordingly treatment options can be chosen.
