Teeth becoming deformed
Till my late twenties, my upper teeth used to look fine. I've attached a before and after photo. But in the last 3-4 years, my front 2 teeth have become a little deformed. One has gone in front, the other has moved back. As a result, it looks really bad. Can you tell me why this happens, and how can this be fixed?

One of your tooth the left central looks like its undergone some trauma it has lost its color ..due to this the alignment may have changed . Another possibility could be eruption of third molars which happens between ages 18-25 due to lack of space slight movement of  teeth sometimes happens causing mal alignment of front teeth ... consult your dentist to figure out the definitive cause to avoid further movement
