Tear inside my penis
Recently I have seen some tear on my penis which is why am concerned about it. I would just like to know whether is it serious or it can be healed??

You are probably suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it.
