Tear duct inflammation
I have an inflammation at RIGHT EYE and NOSE juncture possibly TEAR DUCT INFLAMMATION from past 1 year without any pain . I have used anti inflammatory eye drops and the inflammation size has reduced a bit , but it continues to reach the same after discontinuing those drops Both my eyes have been operated through LASIK in 2013 i.e 4 years back I have no other problem related to eye since , apart from occasional dryness and irritation Please suggest treatment and other procedure

it could be chronic  dacryocystitis. please share a close-up pic of your eyes or cònsult an ophthalmologist nearby.
