Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  First of all, happy diwali and a happy new year. TB can be cured with proper treatment and full course. But tge lung fuctions will be compromised. Even after the TB has been completely eradicated, lung damage which has occurred wont reverse to normal. Get admitted and start the treatment on a urgent basis. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
