Can i make a tatoo on my arm if ihave lamellar icthyosis by birth but not so serious no dark spots and all only dryness for that i am using petroleum jelly and glycerine

Yes u can make tatoo with aseptic precautions always preferably black color as white tattoo and mix colors tatoo difficult to remove with laser
