Taking zincovit and Vit C tablet daily

Hello Doctors My dad has high BP 130/85 and sugar( empty stomach 100), although it's always under contro with medicinel as he go for tests every 2 weeks. My question is - In the covid times - can my dad take zincovit and vitamin C on daily basis for immunity booster?
