Taking medroxyprogesterone and no period
Hello question for an OBGYN, I have my mestrual cycle every month that vary from 33-39 day cycles for the past 6 months. My period for the 33rd day was due 7 days ago. I am currently on my 38th day. i was given medroxyprogesterone(birth control 10m/g) on my 33rd day when period was due. I am on the 7th day of the pill(bc) with no period yet. Can the birth control affect my period from coming this month or may i be pregnant?. I was given a pregnancy test that monday i received (bc) and was negative

You will get periods after you stop the pills. You can stop Medroxyprogesterone. You should get periods in 7-12 days.
