Is it safe to take ipill third time in 3 years... Last ipill was taken 1 year ago ?? We have sex though it was not penentrative but we dont want to take risk as my penis touched her vagina during the cuddling

Definitely it is not good for taking each time .. use protection that will be more safer. Or consult a gynaecologist for long term contraceptive method other than oral medicine.
