My grandma 61 years old is taking eptoin100mg for 12 years 3 tablets daily. She weighs around 85 kg. She had stroke and internal bleeding so doc prescribed this. Heard it have lot of side effects . Can it be reduced to 2 per day? Any other replacement?

Dear , no dont reduce the dose. Its optimum dose for the patient .
Anything u want to change consult your treating neurologist or surgeon ,without suggestions dont dare to change chances of fits increases
