Take in a month : Eno, Omeprazole, Triph
Is it okay to take like Eno twice a month and omeprazole thrice a month or Triphla 5 times a month and that too in one month all this for hyperacidity or constipation or anpach as i eat different stuff outside, home and mixture of junk and non junk where some days are constipated where other are fine, felt vomitish some day and cough other day due to reflux but never stop eating. All self medicatedi.e play with these medications a lot and recently introduced Pudin Hara also. So the other day i am required any of above and if not something available then ajwain or pudinapatta or saunf and more saunf and more ajwain. Suggest how to have good routine.

I would not recommend taking these medications regularly for a long period of time, as it points toward altered eating habits, which lead to altered bowel regulations.
Next Steps
High fibre diet with a fixed meal pattern & consult a Gastroenterologist if symptoms persist.
Health Tips
Better not to self medicate & consult a specialist before u continue the medications for long period of time .

Needing Eno, omeprazole, Triphala and home remedies on and off every month points to your eating pattern, not the medicines, as the real problem. Mixing junk and non-junk food with no fixed meal times is a common cause of this cycle of acidity, constipation and reflux.
Next Steps
Try fixed meal times, more fibre and water, and cut back on outside food instead of adding another remedy each time something flares up. Using antacids and laxatives this often needs a doctor's input, so please see a gastroenterologist to work out a proper routine for you.
Health Tips
See a doctor sooner if you have ongoing vomiting, blood in vomit or stool, or unintended weight loss.
