Tailbone pain & Piles
I'm suffering from lower back (till tailbone) pain itching/sharp pain specifically when I sit/sometimes while standing as well area seems bruised. Also, suffering from piles as doctor advised for Defcort 30 mg (for sinusitis) i took it for 2 days and after that , extreme pain appeared with no blood at all . I've taken Daflon 1000mg once 10 days and then Daflon 500 mg once 10 days but both the problems are still there attaching a couple of images for lower back/ tailbone and for piles as well . Also , suffering from pain in neck/upper-middle spine portion as well so not sure if the tailbone pain is related with spine or its because of piles now. Lower back pain started around 3 months before when there was some bruising and after Physiotherapist advised some exercises , unfortunately , pressure increased & pain went uptill tailbone. Now after taking Defcort in Oct , the piles issue started . Pls advise as piles there even after applying Annovate & Diltigesic not paining but not shrunk.

Hi..... Avoid straining during bowel movements. Straining creates pressure, which can open a healing tear or cause a new tear.... Drink adequate fluids. Fluids help prevent constipation. Exercise regularly. Engage in 30 minutes or more of moderate physical activity, such as walking, most days of the week. Exercise promotes regular bowel movements and increases blood flow to all parts of your body
