T3,t4 values are normal my tsh is 7.16

Asked for Male, 28 Years

1st time i took thyroid test that time I was suffering from cold fever and throat infection.and I take azithromycin 500mg for 3 days .My T3 is 115 and T4 is 10.6 but my TSH is 7.16 . Am I thyroid effected can I consult a doctor? Or is it early stage of thyroid?
