You need a proper Thyroid workup before I could help you. Lab Tests: CBC, ESR, FT3, FT4, TSH, anti-TPO antibody titre, ATG titre Ultrasonographic examination of the Thyroid The blood tests have to be done after 12 hours' fasting at an NABL accredited Laboratory (the reports should have the NABL logo along with the company logo)! These are expensive tests, so care should be taken to have reliable reports!
