Yes, to reassure that your baby is healthy. You should get NIPT done. It could be indicating Downs syndrome as t21 test has detected low risk.
Next Steps
Get NIPT done as soon as possible for any fetal abnormality.

If the result of screening test of double marker test was lower than the cut off value of 1:1250,it means a screen negative or low risk result, however it doesn't mean that there is no risk..it just means that probability of your baby having this condition is extremely low.if there is no other medical reason, you won't have to undergo a diagnostic test.if u still want to get a confirmation on the genetic makeup of your baby, you can still opt for a diagnostic test-NIPT..otherwise you can go for early anomaly scan done between 16-18 weeks of pregnancy or a detailed anomaly scan performed 18-20 weeks of pregnancy.
Next Steps
not necessary to go for NIPT if you don't have any other medical reason..go for anomaly scan in second trimester at 18-20 weeks of pregnancy
Health Tips
stay hydrated, calm, relaxed which is very much helpful for growth of baby..and necessary medications like calcium & iron& folic acid need to be taken..
