Symptom identification
Every morning the moment I wake up suddenly my heart starts beating fast i get shivers in my arms chest and they becomes warm and sometimes whole body along with a feeling of worry. This lasts for 2 to 4 minutes. The same happens during day time whenever I try to fall asleep. This same thing happens and it wakes me up and stops me from faling asleep. May I know what are these symptoms of and does it ever go away or get cured completely? Please revert as i am not able to understand if i am diagnosed properly or not.

The symptoms you describe fit in with early anxiety and would benefit from a full psychiatric evaluation. Treatment can be either medications or talking therapy with psychologist or psychiatrist
