Swollen, red and painful heels and ankle
Yesterday afternoon, without warning, my feet, mainly my left foot, became swollen, red and the pain was beyond a 10! Today, they are still swollen and left one is really. The pain level is like a 7 in the pain scale right now? Any ideas why?
