Swollen gland in neck
I have what appears to be a swollen gland in the middle of my neck just above my Adam's apple. It is painless and can be moved around. I have not had any type of infection symptoms lately. Should I be concerned?

You may be suffering from prelaryngeal lymph node enlargement or thyroglossal cyst. You may need to undergo tests such as ultrasound of the neck and fine needle aspiration cytology. Once diagnosis is confirmed appropriate treatment can be planned
