Swollen feet and hands
Last to last year, during my pregnancy, my feet and body got swollen.. That time I took medicine as per DOC advice.. Same type of swelling I am experiencing.. Wat should I do.. I don't want to visit hospital in this pandemic.. Plz suggest.. Thanks

Keep pillows beneath ur legs (slight foot end elevation) and backward massage of legs
