Swollen Face & Sour Taste
Hello, this might sound weird but it happened a couple of times now, I am having a swollen face(on the left side), my jaw bones become rigid (cramps) and there is a sour taste in my mouth. There is a sour/ chemical like liquid getting generated from my left side upper gum when ever i eat/ drink something or otherwise as well occasionally. No pain as such but when the jaws become rigid and my left cheek bone becomes puffy it is hard to eat or speak. I am unable to decide if i need to consult a General Physician / Dentist or a ENT specialist. Could you point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.

Please consult a ENT specialist as symptoms seem to reflect a condition called Sialadenitis or inflammation of the salivary glands. Regards.
