This seems to be blepharitis due to local infection.
Please do hot foamentation 2to 3 times daily and rub ocupol dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids. Put moxicip eye drops 2hrly and tab diclogesic and ciplox500 one tab each twice daily for at least 5 days..

This is suggestive of lid infection
Try
A warm compresses
B. Apply antibiotic ointment like moxifloaxacin twice daily along with lid margins
C. Use systemic antibiotic
It may take a week for full recovery
This is infection.
You need to take oral antibiotics for the same.(Get in touch with your doctor)
