Swollen elbow hot to touch

I have an area on the inside of my left arm at the elbow that is red and swollen. It is sore and hot to the touch. It started two days ago and was only a couple inches, now it is as long and wide as my hand. What could this be? Also can I wait until tomorrow to see my PCP or should I go to the ER tonight?

I was in depression for more than 7 years. But after curing depression, my sense of touch or feel has gone. For example, if a glass contains hot water & if my finger gets touched accidentally then it takes time for me to realise that it's quite hot & due to this my finger gets damaged or burnt. This is the same in cold water glass as well.
