Swollen bug bite w/ surrounding red ring
I thought I was bitten by a mosquito twice in the same spot, but when I woke up this morning, the bite had swollen to the size of a golf ball and had a one inch red ring surrounding the bite. I took some Advil to alleviate some of the swelling and it's seemed to help, but it still itches like crazy and is still considerably swollen.

Clinical photographs would have been helpful to diagnose the problem and suggest treatment.
Apply lot of ice compresses.
