I have knee problem hence its very difficult for me to do running jogging cycling etc. Also I have wrist pain due to high uric acid level. My ldl cholesterol is increasing due to absence of exercise. Should I go for swimming? Will it affect badly my knee and wrist?

Swimming is a good exercise, also it's non load bearing, so your knees won't be affected. You can surely pursue swimming.
