Swimming into polluted water
While travelling abroad, I went swimming without knowing that the bay (Neva bay, Russia) I was swimming into was highly polluted (notably with heavy metals). I stayed maybe 2minutes in the water (it was really cold) and submerged my head. Now it's been a week since it happens and I don't have any specifics symptoms. I am still really worried and I would really like to know if I may have caught something, especially if I may have heavy metal poisonning since the symptoms are not obvious.
