Swelling spot on skin

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Dear sir I suffering from Erythema nodesum leprosum & Tb meningitis.So i am continuing Thalidomide 100 & Tb drugs. My problem is Now when I am eating chicken. swelling spots are occurring on my skin.These are very itchy.radish and little pain.After five days it has automatically clear on skin.What is cause.what is treatment.
