Hello doctor ,since today afternoon I had noticed a swelling over my left mandible i.e over body of mandible almost in premolar nd molar region ,it is tender ,movable ,small pea size and I'm suffering from mutilple apthous ulcers in mouth .. since 3 days .. is this swelling dangerous ?? Help me out doctor plz...
