Swelling on penis and itching all over
Hello,
I am having this problem since last 2 months I have ever itching all over my body excluding the face hands legs stomach and can't stop myself from itching since the last month my penis skin has become saggy it was itchy as well, since last 2 to 3 weeks I was getting small boil like pigments on my testical area and the upper penis tht has reduced however now my penis has swollen up with saggy fore skin I am not circumcised. Please help on this.
