Swelling on lower abdomen in groin hairs

Since last two days m havng a small cyst like swelling near my penis on lower abdomen behind d hairs (its on right side) its little dark purple to black in colour.....n i can feel d pain wen i touch it...m worried abut it...plz can u tell me wt may b d reason fo dis....??? Didnt get any injury....
