Swelling on forhead

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I got my hair transplant done on 7th of this month,since then I was advised to use headband for 3 days.after removal of my headband there is marked swelling on my forehead region and then it is slowly descending down to reach orbital area,I can barely open my eyes.swelling restricted to one side only.any medicine?
