Swelling of one scrotum
He has been having terrible pain due to the swelling of one of his scrotums.Its been quite sometime now! What this could be due to and what treatment should be recommended?

Is any injury on that part? Pain while urinating present? Any type of abnormal discharge from penis? Provide all above information. Do lower abdomen USG for confirm diagnosis and consult.
