Swelling next to penis

I've a swelling next to my penis , at the thigh joint, much pain if i move my leg.why? What should I do not to reduce the swelling?

Hi there.. swelling in the groin region could be due to local skin infection, Cryptorchism (undescended or ectopic testis) , Inguinal hernia, Femoral Hermia, Inguinal lymphadenopathy, hydrocele..pain may be due to constant friction..to reduce the swelling first cause has to be found..please consult nearby surgeon soon..
