  4. Swelling near flying rib left side back.

Swelling near flying rib left side back
I have noticed small painful swelling near my last (flying) rib left side back . It is painful when touch and having discomfort on left back side. I have done Xray but it's normal. This swelling in more than 2-3 months . No fever . No weight loss. No other symptom What is that ??
