Swelling inside the throat

I am having cough and I can't eat properly.i feel very weak and uncomfortable.I am a throat cancer patient I completed my treatment. I was fine after the treatment but now I am suffering from headache and neck ache . Is this cancer reuccerence.Is there any treatment for cancer reuccerence

What treatment have you taken for your throat cancer? Have you taken radiotherapy? Or have you undergone a surgery. I think it's better if you consult with a good head and neck surgeon and get a video laryngoscopy done.
